I did not receive an order confirmation email
When an order is placed you should receive an order confirmation email from us and the payment processor selected during checkout, if you don't receive any of these two emails then please contact us via the contact page or through the social media links at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] so we can rectify the issue.
What if I regret a purchase and would like to cancel?
If you would like to cancel a product purchased then please contact us within 24 hours of the your purchase via the contact page or you can email us at [email protected]. Once the product has shipped we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Depending on the product purchased and your location more detailed information on delivery to specific regions can be found here delivery & shipping.
How Where can I find the tracking information for my order/orders?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. If you did not receive this email then please contact us.
Note that international shipment tracking may take a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
Which carrier is your chosen service provider?
Our chosen service providers are FedEx, DPD, DHL, USPS and Latvijas Pasts.
How much is delivery to my region?

Why aren't canvases & framed posters able to be delivered to Australia or New Zealand?
In order to protect its ecosystem from invasive foreign species, Australia has strict laws for what can be imported into the country. Wood products are especially regulated as they can contain timber borers, insect pests, bark, and other potential biohazards.
The regulations and treatment processes for importing wooden products into Australia are incredibly difficult to maintain, so for that reason we don't ship canvases or framed posters there.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to make a return please contact us prior to returning the item to the return address, this must be done within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. You can find the return address on your receipt received with your product as well as the confirmation email you received when completing a purchase.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Tip - The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
Tip - Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
What payment options are available?
The payment options currently available are PayPal, PayPal credit and Stripe.
